Flawless performance and refined ergonomics were the design goals of the new IT500, made in Italy. The balanced-diaphragm first stage is hot-forged and computer-machined for strength and reduced weight. Its compact form sports two HP and four LP ports placed for optimal hose routing. The balanced and adjustable second stage regulator has an exhaust deflector designed for easy exhalation and superior dry performance. An ergonomic breathing adjustment knob and Venturi lever allow easy control even when wearing thick gloves.
